Break Up with Stress!

With this course, I aim to provide you with the tools to break up with stress & anxiety.

Sarah was a working mother who cared for her two small children, her aging mother, and tried to keep up with the household. She had difficulty sleeping, frequent migraines, and trouble juggling everything. A friend advised her to “break up with stress”. At first, the thought sounded silly to Sarah. She wasn’t about to abandon her small children or her aging mother. All three of them needed her and despite the stress, she loved caring for and nurturing others. But the more she thought about it, the more Sarah began to look for sources of stress in her life and remove them when possible. For example, much of Sarah’s stress stemmed from missing appointments and not knowing where she was supposed to be at any given moment.
